We offer a free pick up and delivery service within our local area.

FREEPOST Delivery can be made to us using supplied or downloaded Royal Mail postage labels.

Work is returned to you by Courier.

​

Working Time

​

We normally require 10 working days to complete most items. This is from receipt of work into the Lab and does not include weekends or Bank Holidays.

​

Work will be returned to you on the tenth working day, however if on occasion, you need something completed sooner than this, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

​

We also offer an Express Service, at an extra cost and by prior arrangement only.

Terms & Conditions

Our payment terms are as follows:

An Invoice will be issued and sent with each case. At the end of each calendar month, we will issue a Statement and payment is strictly 15days from Statement date.
This gives up to 45 days credit and we reserve the right to charge interest on any overdue accounts.

Payments can be made by Cheques, BACS or Credit Card

Our work is guaranteed for two years against faulty workmanship and materials, provided that correct preparation and cementation procedures have been observed.

Our aim is complete satisfaction for your patients and you and whilst we are happy to make any necessary adjustments, a remake charge may be made in certain circumstances.
